What is the best time of day to practice Tai Chi?

Tai Chi is great in the morning when you just wake up.  Start by tapping on your body to wake up the energy.  It is good when you begin to feel tired in the afternoon and need to get your energy flowing again.  It is perfect if you feel nervous or tense and need to breathe and focus to calm down.  It is also good before going to bed to relax your mind so you can fall asleep more easily.  Try the energy ball at bedtime.  So there is no special time or place to do Tai Chi, but you might do different movements at different times of the day depending on your needs.
