Tai Chi for Focus – Good for the Brain!

Tai Chi for Kids literally makes the brain grow.  Mindful movement, like Tai Chi for Kids, increases the number of neurons in the brain.  And 90% of the brain development happens in the first 5 years of life.  Let’s start early!
